Whether you’re using our workbook or collaborating in a strategy call, we make sure your website is built with purpose from the ground up.
2. Design & Build
Here’s where your vision takes shape. We’ll translate your strategy into a clean, beautiful, and conversion-focused website using WordPress. Every element is designed to reflect your brand, work seamlessly on all devices, and guide visitors to take action.
3. Refine & Launch
With the site fully built, we’ll fine-tune the details and test across devices to ensure everything runs smoothly. You’ll have the chance to review and request changes before we go live. Once everything’s approved, we’ll launch your new site into the world — with confidence, clarity, and a cheer from our team.
Our Tools
Moxie is an awesome online platform for communication and project management. We’ll be using this to send messages, share files and track progress during the process. This will help alleviate content and images being lost in long email threads. Once your project is underway, you’ll receive an email to invite you to Moxie and we’ll be off and running!
We’ll use Google Docs and Sheets to collaborate on content, strategy, and key project details. You might receive a copy workbook, sitemap plan, or questionnaire in this format — all designed to make the process easier and more interactive. These live documents allow us to keep things clear, centralised, and up to date throughout the project.
Dropbox is where we’ll collect and organise your brand assets and images. Think logos, photos,, font files, and anything else we’ll need to bring your website to life. You’ll receive a shared folder link where you can upload everything in one place. This keeps things tidy and ensures we’re always working from the right files.
