Support Plans
Your monthly support plan includes some or all of the following features, depending on the level of your plan.
Maintenance & updates
Ensuring your site remains secure and in good working order we will update the various elements of your site like Plugins, Themes and WordPress. These updates are actioned weekly or monthly depending on the level of your plan. A monthly report is sent to inform of you this work.
Support time
Your project will show you the level of support time your current monthly plan includes.
You will also see the amount of time used each month, plus any time rolled over to the following month or used in advance.
Webwise Hub of Tutorials
Your Tutorials Hub has a collection of PDF and Video tutorials to support with your hosting and emails and some basic tutorials for your website.
For those of you who have the premium packages of support, you have access to the enhanced “WebWise Hub” of tutorials, which includes more in-depth tutorials on Website Integrations and I will be adding some on Email Marketing and more!
